Your mission

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and coordinate their execution with our manufacturing sites.
  • Manage delivery schedules, forecasts, and inventory to help ensure that products are available and delivered on time.
  • Act as a central interface between customers, Sales, Accounting, and our headquarters in Japan, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate operational data, documentation, and reporting to support reliable day-to-day operations.
  • Contribute ideas and practical solutions to continuously improve operational processes.

Your Profile

  • You are organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and stay reliable in a dynamic day-to-day business.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently and enjoy working with customers and colleagues across different teams and cultures.
  • You take ownership, adapt quickly, and look for practical ways to improve how things are done.
  • You are confident working with numbers and data and proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • You have a university degree or comparable higher education in business, technical, cultural, or a related field. Graduates are welcome! 
  • Alternatively, you bring initial professional experience in operations, back-office, technical sales support, order management, or a similar environment.
